Received a defective item - questionable customer service

Initial thoughts are this is a great product, and a good solution for a heavy wetter. Unfortunately I received a defective insert, in which it was not stitched together fully, leaving a raw edge of fabric. I’m totally fine with a situation like this if the problem can be resolved, however, I’ve attempted to contact the company several times, with no response. The websites speaks of a great warrantee, but that is yet to be seen.

My favorite insert!

We’re about to have baby number three and these inserts have been my go to since our first. They are so absorbent without being bulky! We use one insert paired with a flour sack towel during the day and two of each at night and it is literally the easiest and most successful set up we’ve ever tried for our super soaking little people. Hands down the inserts make all the difference and I’m so glad I selected them by some magical stroke of luck our first time around!

Best Overnight Insert

We struggled to have our baby make it through the night without leaks and these were a life saver! I layer one of these with a bamboo insert and voila! She makes it a full 12 hours!
