Warranty, Return, & Exchange Policies
We want you to know that defects are rare, but they do occasionally occur and we apologize if you have received a defective Geffen Baby product. We stand behind our products 100% and we will be more than happy to send a replacement out to you right away.
Please note: Warranty is void if care instructions are not followed properly or if the product has been modified in any way.
Your product is under limited warranty for possible return or exchange for up to 14 days after the original purchase date.
Please inspect items at arrival as the defect should be reported before use. Defects will be replaced immediately. In these cases we will take care of the shipping fees for you.
What is a defect?
Unstitched or broken snaps
Fabric tears or flaws
What is not a defect?
Ripped out snaps due to incorrect use
Staining and other normal wear and tear
Holes that develop with use
Potential build-up from washing Leaks. Please contact us at email@example.com for suggestions on how to best wash our products as well as help preventing leaks.
These are all considered normal ‘wear and tear’ and will not be approved for repair or replacement.
Our Returns Policy
You must start your return within 14 days of original purchase date. Products being returned must be new and in their original packaging. No exceptions. You will also be required to pay the shipping charges.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

Include all the following information in your email. We will not be able to process your request without all the information below:
1. EMAIL SUBJECT LINE: Return/Exchange (and your last name)
2. Provide your full name & complete shipping address
3. Email Address
4. Phone Number
5. Defective Product: (product name, size, color, & SKU number) PLEASE NOTE: If a replacement item is deemed necessary, we will send the same color, size and quantity of the defective item.
6. Problem you are having
7. Detergent used
8. Date of original purchase
9. Place of original purchase
10. All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt.
11. All returns without a proof of purchase receipt can only be exchanged for credit on other Geffen Baby Products.

**Any product returned for repair must be free from offensive odor or foreign particles (hair, lint, feces). Geffen Baby will NOT handle/repair products that are not in clean and acceptable condition and they will be returned to you at your expense.
What to Expect Next?
Once you e-mail us with complete info above, your Return Merchandise Authorization information will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in touch with you shortly. Defects covered under the warranty will be replaced at no cost to you. We will send you pre-paid postage for you to return the damaged item to us and we will replace it for you.
We are not responsible for lost parcels. As a reminder we will only accept returns in the original packaging. Thank you!
